In a world-first mashup of muddy boots and electric guitars, The Great British Farm-Fest invites you to the biggest farming party in UK history. Opening for its inaugural year at NAEC Stoneleigh, Warwickshire, 22-24 May, the festival is not just a music festival, nor an agricultural show, it is a national farming celebration which will see the nation’s favourite farmers swap the fields for the main stage.
Amongst the star-studded line-up, the likes of Groove Armada (DJ Set), Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Alex James Britpop Classical and Sara Cox Power Wower will rock The Hawkstone Music Arena, across three nights of stellar performances., as well as TV’s favourite farmers, Jeremy Clarkson, Lisa Hogan, Kaleb Cooper, Charlie Ireland and Adam Henson. As the daytime agricultural displays wind down, the arena will ignite with a five-hour farmer’s party each night, featuring TV stars, famous chefs, farming heroes and musicians.
During the day, Masterchef’s Matt Tebbutt and Michelin star chef Jason Atherton are among the famous foodies who will showcase the very best British produce in the Field to Fork zone. With 13 areas to explore, there will be an abundance of exciting elements to explore: talks and demos, delicious food, rural crafts, fairground rides, working horses, cake competitions and even some more off the wall elements, like Jeremy Clarkson’s Battlesh*ts.
Adam Henson will be bringing his Cotswold Farm Park to the Festival, showcasing rare breeds from across the UK, whilst kid’s favourite, Tractor Ted, will be bringing a ted-tastic array of films and farming fun for the little ones.
