“Hands down one of the best pizza’s we’ve had
The dough is more like a focaccia, unlike the thin Neopolitan you see at most streetfood stalls, but unlike those deep pan ones your grew up on from Iceland, these have the right amount of moisture, with the added thicker coating of tomato base and oozing cheesey juice, just sits there permeating the fluffy dough, as it cooks.
We had one pizza to share, and to be fair, we were absolutely stuffed with the pizza cut into 6 pieces”
