– If the event is cancelled, will there be refunds available? Yes, only if the event is cancelled.
Please read the following TERMS & CONDITIONS. If you DO NOT agree with any part of our terms and conditions please do not place an order. If you purchase a ticket from us, this policy describes the terms and conditions that govern the purchase.
STRICTLY NO REFUNDS (NO EXCEPTIONS)
• All tickets non refundable or transferable
• NO FOOD OR DRINKS to be brought into the festival arena. We have the best in street food traders and bars.
• NO GLASS to be brought into the festival arena INCLUDING perfume bottles, nail varnish, mirrors for health and safety reasons
• Security reserve the right to conduct random BAG SEARCHES where food or drink will be confiscated. Large bags will be checked.
• Musicians and attractions advertised may be subject to change.
• BRING ID with you, challenge 25 applies to all bars
• UNDER 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult
• NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES OR LEGAL HIGHS
• Friendly dogs must be kept on leads at all times
• NO GAZEBOS permitted on site for health and safety reasons

You give your consent to your photograph or video to be included, audio or visual recording to be used in any media for any purpose at any time. A person attending a FAB Festival event who does not wish to have their image shared should make their wishes known to the photographer and/or the event organisers via email:admin@fabfoodfest.co.uk expressing your intentions and include a photograph of yourself. By participating in a FAB Food Festival event or by failing to notify us in writing your instructions to not have your photograph taken, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless FAB Festivals from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness. Any person or organisation not affiliated with FAB Festivals may not use, copy, alter or modify photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorisation.
