– If the event is cancelled, will there be refunds available? Yes, only if the event is cancelled.
Please read the following TERMS & CONDITIONS. If you DO NOT agree with any part of our terms and conditions please do not place an order. If you purchase a ticket from us, this policy describes the terms and conditions that govern the purchase.
STRICTLY NO REFUNDS (NO EXCEPTIONS)
• All tickets non refundable or transferable
• NO FOOD OR DRINKS to be brought into the festival arena. We have the best in street food traders and bars.
• NO GLASS to be brought into the festival arena INCLUDING perfume bottles, nail varnish, mirrors for health and safety reasons
• Security reserve the right to conduct random BAG SEARCHES where food or drink will be confiscated. Large bags will be checked.
• Musicians and attractions advertised may be subject to change.
• BRING ID with you, challenge 25 applies to all bars
• UNDER 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult
• NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES OR LEGAL HIGHS
• Friendly dogs must be kept on leads at all times
• NO GAZEBOS permitted on site for health and safety reasons
