What is an Escape Room? It’s a fun, themed, immersive room where for 60 minutes you can only concentrate on the task at hand, and that task is to solve puzzles, open padlocks, find keys and complete the aim of the room.
Where teams of 2-6 can fight against the clock in a game of wits and clues, solving the puzzles as a team and ultimately escaping with the prize!

Find us on the upper floor of Labels Shopping, Ross-on-Wye. Free parking is available. Grab a bite to eat during Labels’ open hours and enjoy easy access to the stunning Wye Valley. With excellent transport links and plenty of nearby restaurants, it’s easy to plan a visit.

Terms and Conditions for Escape Room Experience
1. Booking and Reservation:
• All bookings are subject to availability.
• To confirm a booking, a full payment is required.
• The booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
• Discounted vouchers are all single use.
2. Age Restrictions:
• Participants must be at least 6 years old to enter the escape room.
• Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
3. Health and Safety:
• Participants should be in good physical and mental health.
• Participants with medical conditions, such as heart problems, epilepsy, claustrophobia, or any other condition that may be triggered or worsened by participating in an escape room, should consult a doctor before booking.
4. Personal Belongings:
• Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the escape room experience.
• The escape room facility is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
• All bookings are final and cancellations will not be given. If a team needs to re-arrange, we will try our best to accommodate this if at least 7 days’ notice is given.
• In case of a “no-show” or late arrival, no refunds will be given.
• Rescheduling requests may be accommodated based on availability.
• No cash alternative will be offered for cancelled vouchers.
6. Code of Conduct:
• Participants must follow the instructions provided by the escape room staff.
• Any damage caused intentionally or through negligence to the escape room facility or its contents will be the responsibility of the participant(s) involved.
• Participants are not allowed to bring any weapons, hazardous materials, or illegal substances into the escape room.
7. Liability:
• Participation in the escape room experience is at the participant’s own risk.
• The escape room facility and its staff will not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings that may occur during the experience.
8. Photography and Recording:
• Participants are not allowed to take photographs or record the escape room experience without prior consent from the escape room facility.
