Ludwig Theatre Arts proudly presents the second Ludlow Community Musical – Sister Act! Based on the hit 1992 film, this uplifting and joyous musical features original songs by Tony and 8-time Oscar-winning composer Alan Menken (Beauty and the Beast, Newsies, Little Shop of Horrors).

When disco diva Deloris Van Cartier witnesses a crime, she’s placed in protective custody in the last place anyone would expect – a convent! Disguised as a nun, she clashes with the strict Mother Superior but soon transforms the choir with her energy and flair. As Deloris breathes new life into the church and community, she unwittingly blows her cover—putting herself and her newfound sisterhood in danger.

With show-stopping gospel numbers, dazzling dance routines, and a heartwarming story about friendship and belonging, Sister Act is a joyful celebration that will have audiences dancing in their seats. Don’t miss this spectacular community production—it’s time to rejoice.
