Terms and Conditions:
1. Booking Required: After purchasing your Sunshine Savers voucher, you must pre-book your session at Lakeside Adventures. Please call 01299549024 and quote your voucher number. Vouchers are valid on weekends and week days in the school holidays.
2. Voucher Validity: Vouchers are valid for one Aqua Park session and must be used within 3 months of purchasing. Sessions are available during the Aqua Park’s open season only.
3. Participant Requirements: All participants must be aged 8 or over and able to swim 25 metres unaided while wearing a buoyancy aid. A completed waiver is required before arrival.
4. Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your session for check-in, changing, and the mandatory safety briefing. Late arrivals may miss part or all of the session, and no refunds will be issued.
5. One-Time Use: Each voucher is valid for a single use and admits one participant unless otherwise stated. Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable.
6. Wetsuits & Footwear: Wetsuits are optional and available to hire on-site. Only soft-soled water shoes or bare feet are permitted on the Aqua Park. Hard-soled shoes are not allowed.
7. Weather & Safety: Sessions may be postponed or cancelled in the event of severe weather or safety concerns. In such cases, Lakeside Adventures will offer an alternative date.
8. Cancellations: To reschedule, please contact Lakeside Adventures at least 48 hours in advance. Missed sessions without notice may result in voucher forfeiture.
9. Facilities: On-site amenities include changing areas, toilets, a café, and free parking. Lakeside Adventures is based on a working farm—access is restricted to designated areas only.
10. Right to Amend: Sunshine Savers and Lakeside Adventures reserve the right to amend these terms at any time.
